Questions about the product
Our castors are supplied with a choice of pre-assembled 1-hole or 4-hole fixings to match your rack trolleys.
1-hole mounting
Rack rollers with 1-hole fastening are attached to the rack trolley using an M13 screw (diameter 13.5 mm). The steering housing with roller has a height of 125 mm and the hole mounting has a diameter of 78 mm.
4-hole mounting
With the 4-hole fastening, the roller is mounted to the rack trolley with four M6 screws. The steering housing with roller has a height of 125 mm and the rectangular plate mounting measures 75 mm x 45 mm.
Questions about shipping & delivery
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 to 4 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after receipt of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. All information about shipping can be found here.

First, the damage should be documented, ideally with photos or videos of the packaging and the damaged contents. If the damage is visible from the outside, acceptance should be refused or the damage reported to the deliverer. We also ask you to send information to our service team: service@nagelschmid.de

The refund will be made within one week of receipt of the returned goods.
